Two persons born to same father and to the same mother are said to be related by full blood. Persons born to the father through two mothers are related by half blood. Persons born to one mother by different husbands are related by uterine blood. Persons sharing half blood will share the estate of the father equally and as regards the estate of their mothers, they succeed equally. Persons sharing uterine blood will share equally to the estate of their mother and if father are different, they succeed to their father’s estate respectively.
